Ryman Healthcare director role update

Ryman Healthcare director role update Warren Bell has been appointed as a director of Hickman Family Trustees Limited. Hickman Family Trustees Limited holds 35 million shares (7%) in Ryman Healthcare Limited as trustee for The Hickman Family Trust. The board has determined Warren is therefore no longer an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules, due to this shareholding in Ryman. Claire Higgins has been appointed as the chair of the Audit and Financial Risk Committee. Warren remains a member of the committee.
