Acquisition of shares pursuant to Supplier Share Scheme

ACQUISITION OF SHARES PURSUANT TO SUPPLIER GROUP SHARE SCHEME LISTING RULE 4.12.2 Comvita Limited (CVT) advises it intends to acquire 131,341 ordinary shares from Custodial Services Limited in accordance with section 60(1)(b)(ii) of the Companies Act 1993 and Listing Rule 4.14.1(b)(ii) and hold those shares as treasury stock. Custodial Services Limited is the Trustee of the Comvita Supplier Partnership Group Share Scheme established in February 2015. The term of the Scheme has come to an end.
