Settlement of sale of Heinz Wattie’s Distribution Centre

NZX RELEASE 18 December 2019 Settlement of sale of Heinz Wattie's Distribution Centre Asset Plus is pleased to confirm that the sale of the Heinz Wattie's Distribution Centre in Hastings has successfully settled on 17 December 2019. Asset Plus had agreed to underwrite the purchaser's capital raising. No call was made on the underwrite and a fee of $487,500 has been received.
