Spark confirms Chief Financial Officer start date

MARKET RELEASE 19 December 2019 Spark confirms Chief Financial Officer start date Further to Spark's announcement of 18 October 2019, Spark has today confirmed that Stefan Knight's first day as Chief Financial Officer has been brought forward from 1 March 2020 to 20 December 2019. Mr. Knight is succeeding David Chalmers, who has today been announced as the next Chief Financial Officer of IOOF Holdings Limited. "Since we announced Stefan's appointment two months ago, his transition into the role of Chief Financial Officer has progressed very well. As such we have made the decision to bring forward Stefan's start date as Chief Financial Officer" said Spark's Chief Executive Officer Jolie Hodson Mr. Knight will also be appointed as a director of Spark Finance Limited from 20 December 2019.
