Dr Lisbeth Jacobs intention to resign as director

Wellington Drive Technologies director, Dr Lisbeth Jacobs, has advised the Board that she intends to step down at the end of February, following the completion of the 2019 audit and release of the 2019 result and annual report. Lisbeth has been a director for approximately seven years and is a valued member of the Board. She has also chaired the Audit and Technology & Innovation committees.
