Organisational Announcement: Senior Leadership Changes

The a2 Milk Company wishes to confirm that, as advised to the market in September 2019, as a consequence of Craig Louttit electing to step back from the role of Chief Financial Officer, today Race Strauss commences as the Chief Financial Officer. We thank Craig for his significant contribution to date and we are very pleased he will continue in the role of Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Race joins the Company as an extremely experienced finance executive with a strong packaged goods background as well as relevant international experience, particularly in China and other Asian regions. Race spent over 20 years at Unilever where he held a variety of senior roles. More recently Race has spent 7 years in Chief Financial Officer roles with the Qantas Group, including at Jetstar and at Qantas Airlines. The a2 Milk Company also wishes to advise that its Chief Technical Officer, Phil Rybinski will be departing the Company to pursue other interests. We would like to thank Phil for his contribution and wish him success for his future endeavours. Shareef Khan, Chief Operations Officer, will assume responsibility for all Technical function activities on an interim basis and more permanent leadership arrangements will be announced at a future date.
