Change of Balance Date

Change of Balance Date Enprise Group Limited (NZX : ENS) advises the market as per listing rule 3.21.2, that it has changed its balance date to 30 June to coincide with that of Kilimanjaro Consulting Pty Limited now that they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Enprise Group Limited. The change in balance date is to better align with the financial year end and revenue stream from what is now our largest market, Australia. The IRD approved this change on 30 January 2020 for a 15 month period ending 30 June 2020.
