The timing and venue of the meeting will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to shareholders at the end of April 2020. The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations being 10 April 2020. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
