Change of Auditor

11 February 2020 Over the last 12 months the Board of Allied Farmers Limited (NZX:ALF) has been undertaking a comprehensive review of the company's governance structures and policies. As part of that process, and conscious that PwC has been ALF's statutory auditor for a considerable period of time, ALF recently conducted a competitive tender process for its statutory auditor. ALF's Audit and Risk Committee reviewed all tenders received and recommended the appointment of KPMG. Accordingly, ALF has, with effect from today, accepted the resignation of PwC and has appointed KPMG as its statutory auditor.
