SPH Notice – Clarification of previous disclosure

As previously disclosed to the market on 19 August 2019 and 1 November 2019 respectively, Sky holds relevant interests in the ordinary shares in Sky held by RugbyPass Investors, LLC and New Zealand Rugby Union Incorporated (such relevant interests being in the nature of an ability to control the disposition of those shares). No changes have occurred to the underlying relevant interests Sky holds since those disclosures were made. However, it has subsequently been noted that Sky's disclosure on 1 November 2019 did not explicitly show the aggregate relevant interests it holds. Accordingly, for clarity, attached is a revised SPH disclosure notice reflecting the aggregation of those relevant interests. This notice is given by Sky solely for clarificatory purposes to clarify and record in a single disclosure the aggregate relevant interests Sky holds and replaces the initial disclosure notice filed on 1 November 2019.
