Closing of Rights Offer

PaySauce (NZX:PYS) announces it has now closed its 1 for 7 pro-rata renounceable rights offer as announced on 21 January 2020. The additional capital raised will assist PaySauce to further develop its New Zealand presence and expand into other markets. The last applications received will be processed this week together with applications to participate in the oversubscription facility. The shares taken up under the Offer are expected to be allotted and commence trading on 9 March 2020. A further announcement with details of the total capital raised will be released at that time.
