Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 5 March 2020 Subject: General Capital Limited ("GENWA") - Final Exercise Date Message: Following the announcement by General Capital Limited ("GEN") on Wednesday, 4 March 2020, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that the final exercise date for the GEN warrants ("GENWA") is Tuesday, 31 March 2020. Any GENWA warrants not exercised by 5pm on Tuesday, 31 March 2020 will lapse and all rights in regards to them will expire. The final day of trading in GENWA will be Friday, 27 March 2020 prior to the warrants being halted and suspended at close of business.
