Market update on USA travel suspension from Europe

12 March 2020 MEDIA | NZX RELEASE TOURISM HOLDINGS LIMITED (thl) MARKET UPDATE - USA TRAVEL SUSPENSION FROM EUROPE thl understands that the United States Government has this afternoon announced that all travel from Europe (except the United Kingdom) to the United States for the next 30 days will be suspended, due to COVID-19. thl is currently assessing the impact of this suspension on the USA. Prior to this event, thl's expectations for FY20 NPAT remained at around $24M. thl will provide an update on the impact and potential mitigations of this suspension on its FY20 NPAT expectations, once this assessment is completed.
