Argosy Property Limited (Argosy or the Company) has disaster recovery procedures in place. Following the Covid-19 outbreak, Argosy has undertaken a range of additional initiatives to protect staff, tenants and contractors to ensure a 'business as usual' approach in the current environment. Protecting staff, tenants and contractors Argosy takes the health & safety of all its stakeholders seriously. The Company has taken a view on Covid-19 based on the latest advice provided from the Ministry of Health (MOH) and other government agencies. To date, Argosy has taken the following precautions including: o Establishment of a dedicated internal Covid-19 team to monitor the situation and any contingencies; o Modification of its disaster response plans to suit the specifics of Covid-19; o Cancellation of all non-essential travel; o Successfully completed working from home procedures, which allow for Argosy's cloud-based systems to be accessed; o Provision of self isolation guidance, particularly with respect to people returning from recent international travel; o Direction of staff, tenant and contractors to appropriate expert information; o Development of protocols for dealing with Covid-19 exposures.
