Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Wednesday, 18 March 2020 Subject: Air New Zealand Limited ("AIR") - Trading Halt of Securities Extended Message: NZX Regulation ("NZXR") advises that the trading halt on Air New Zealand Limited ("AIR") ordinary shares and ("AIR020") bonds that was put in place pre-market open on Monday 16 March has been extended. The trading halt has been extended to allow further time for AIR to assess the operational and financial impact of the Government's new travel restrictions. The extended trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of: o an announcement made by the issuer; or o market open on Friday 20 March 2020.
