Argosy Board Director appointment and retirements

Appointment of Martin Stearne The Board of Argosy Property Limited has appointed Martin Stearne as an Independent Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2020. Martin has over 20 years commercial and capital markets experience, and currently holds appointments to the NZX Listing Subcommittee, the Takeovers Panel and the investment committee of the Impact Enterprise Fund. He is a member of INFINZ and ICEAngels. Retirement of Mike Smith and Peter Brook Mike Smith and Peter Brook have advised the Board that they intend to retire at the 2020 Annual Meeting (date to be advised). They have each been Directors of the Company since it was listed in 2002, and Mike Smith has been Chairman since 2005. Mike and Peter have each made enormous contributions to Argosy during their time on the Board, particularly in their areas of expertise. The Board and Management would like to thank them for their longstanding service and commitment to the Company.
