Bank support secured, Hospitality venues close as mandated

Moa Group (NZX: MOA) gives an update following the recent requirement to close all Hospitality operations and Government business support package announcement. The Group confirms all venues were closed as of 24 March 2020, in line with the Government's COVID-19 requirements, and all employees continue to receive updates on our position. Discussions continue with our suppliers and landlords during this time. Moa Group acknowledges the business support packages offered by the Government. This, along with the additional and reaffirmed support of the Group's banking partner, gives the Group confidence to navigate through the next financial year. The Beverages business confirms it is an essential service and its trading has been unseasonably strong in the current environment. The impact to our Hospitality business in the final weeks of the financial year (ending 31 March 2020) will impact the recent guidance provided to the market.
