CSM Group Limited – Share Consolidation AND Name Change

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 26 March 2020 Subject: CSM Group Limited ("CSM") - Share Consolidation AND Name Change Message: On Tuesday, 24 March 2020, CSM Group Limited ("CSM") announced that they intend to undergo a share consolidation in order to rationalise the number of ordinary shares in CSM on issue ("Share Consolidation"). The proposed Share Consolidation is contingent on CSM's shareholders approving the acquisition of The Good Brand Company Limited and related transactions ("Acquisition"). A special meeting of shareholders to vote on the Acquisition, is to be held on Monday, 30 March 2020. Also contingent on the Acquisition, NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that CSM will be changing its name to Me Today Limited and its ticker code will change to "MEE". The ISIN will remain unchanged as NZRLVE0001S2. Contingent on the Acquisition, shareholders will receive one CSM ordinary share for every five CSM ordinary shares held at 5pm on the Record Date of Thursday, 2 April 2020. In order for the Share Consolidation to be processed CSM (and after the name and ticker change, MEE) will remain in a trading halt.
