Adjournment of Special Meeting to 2 April 2020

The special meeting of unitholders of Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) initiated at 10:00am today was adjourned by the chairman, following a discussion with the supervisor, and will reconvene on Thursday, 2 April 2020 at 10.00am. The meeting was adjourned in light of the COVID-19 outbreak; most notably several stakeholders requested more time to prepare to participate in the virtual meeting which replaced a physical meeting (due to COVID-19). Proxies previously submitted will remain valid at the adjourned meeting. Given the adjournment of the meeting, proxies will continue to be accepted until Wednesday, 1 April 2020 at 1:00pm. Consistent with previous notifications, the meeting will be held on a virtual basis through the web platform web.lumiagm.com or by downloading the Lumi AGM app, and entering the meeting ID 360-423-505.
