2020 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Vista Group International Limited (NZX & ASX: VGL) advises that it intends to hold its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders by way of a virtual meeting on 28th May 2020 at 3.00pm. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course. The opening date for nominations for directors is today, 1st April 2020, and the closing date for nominations is 24th April 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date. A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of Vista Group entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting and must be accompanied by the consent in writing and brief biographical details (for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting) of the person nominated.
