Further to its announcement on 25 March 2020, the Board of Refining NZ has determined that Paul Zealand is an Independent Director following the end of his temporary role as Managing Director on Ms Naomi James becoming the CEO. The Board once again wishes to acknowledge Mr Zealand's professionalism and contribution to a seamless CEO transition while managing Refining NZ's response to a volatile business environment impacted by COVID 19.
