Attached is an amended ongoing disclosure notice for Michael John Roan. In March 2019, Mike Roan (currently Meridian Chief Financial Officer, General Manager Wholesale in March 2019) sought approval via Meridian's internal process to sell 10,000 Meridian shares. Due to an administrative error by Meridian, an ongoing disclosure notice for this transaction was not filed and as a result, subsequent ongoing disclosure notices for Mike Roan have incorrectly recorded Mike's holding of Meridian shares as 10,000 higher than his actual holding.
