Freightways announces appointment of new CFO

Freightways is pleased to announce the formal appointment of Stephan Deschamps as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, replacing Mark Royle, with effect from today. As announced in December 2019, Stephan will be based in Auckland alongside the Freightways Senior Leadership team and brings significant financial and commercial experience to the CFO role having worked previously at both Fonterra and Air New Zealand (where he was Acting-CFO for a period of time). Mark will continue on a 3-day per week basis to both transition-in and support Stephan.
