Further to the announcement in November 2019 regarding the divestment of three large format retail properties to Investore Property Limited for a sale price of $140.75 million, Stride Property Limited (SPL) is pleased to announce that the divestment is now unconditional, following receipt of consent from the Overseas Investment Office. SPL expects to settle the sale of the three properties on 30 April 2020.
