Moa Group rights issue & market update

Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) ("Moa" or "the Group"), today provides an update on its rights issue, business operations and the proactive steps it is taking in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. As of this morning, the Group had raised approximately $4 million of the total $5.2 million through a rights issue, announced on 7 April 2020. Shareholders on the Record Date of 21 April 2020 at 5:00pm, have until Thursday 7 May 2020 at 5:00pm to participate in the rights issue.
