QEX Logistics Limited raises $1.7m in new capital

Market Release 18 May 2020 QEX Logistics Limited raises $1.7m in new capital QEX is pleased to announce that its recently closed Share Purchase Plan (SPP) has raised a total of $1,525,054. In addition, the Company has raised a further $175,000 through a Placement to a small number of wholesale investors, bringing the total amount raised to $1,700,054. QEX Chairman Conor English says "QEX is satisfied with the positive support received from QEX shareholders to the SPP, especially having regard to the current challenging economic environment". QEX expects that the new shares from the SPP and Placement will be allotted, and holder statements sent out to shareholders, on or about Friday, 22 May.
