General Capital (GEN:NZ) Financial Reporting Timeframe

General Capital (GEN:NZ) advises that it will be relying on the NZX's class relief granted under Class Waiver from NZX Listing Rule 3.5.1 in relation to financial reporting timeframes. General Capital is relying on this class waiver as the circumstances related to COVID-19 have impacted General Capital's original timeline for: the preparation and audit of our financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2020 ('FYE 2020') and in particular in relation to the release of our full year results announcement. General Capital have experienced delays in accessing the information required to produce financial statements. General Capital now expects to release its full year Results Announcement for the FYE 2020 no later than 29 June 2020. Whilst, at this stage, General Capital intends to release its Annual Report for the FYE 2020 within the normal timeframe of 30 June 2020, it will update the market if there are any changes to the expected release dates.
