At yesterday's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Eik Sheng Kwek and Roy Austin were respectively elected and re-elected as directors of CDI. The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Listing Rules that CDI Chairman Colin Sim, Roy Austin and John Henderson are all Independent Directors of the Company.
