MCK Director Determination

At yesterday's Annual Meeting of Shareholders, Eik Sheng Kwek and BK Chiu were respectively elected and re-elected as directors of MCK. The Company has determined in accordance with NZX Listing Rules that MCK Chairman Colin Sim, Richard Bobb and Graham McKenzie are all Independent Directors of the Company.
