MAINFREIGHT LIMITED Resignation of Director - Suzanne Tindal Mainfreight Limited advises that Sue Tindal will resign from Mainfreight's Board with effect from today, 2 June 2020. Sue joined Mainfreight's Board on 1 January 2017, with broad international experience in the financial services, energy and IT sectors. In late 2019, Sue accepted an appointment to the Board of the New Zealand Infrastructure Commission and, having recently been appointed the Deputy Chair, she has now made the decision to step away from Mainfreight. "We have appreciated Sue's commitment and experience at the Board table", Mainfreight's Chairman, Bruce Plested, commented. "We wish her well in everything she does in the future."
