Accelerated Entitlement Offer Under the Offer, eligible shareholders may subscribe for 1 new ordinary share for every 4.15 existing shares held as at 5.00pm (NZST) on the Record Date of 29 May 2020, at an Offer Price of NZ$2.50 per new share.
