Resignation of Executive Chairman

15 June 2020 Gentrack Group Limited (ASX/NZX:GTK) ("Gentrack") today announces that Executive Chairman John Clifford has resigned from his roles at Gentrack for personal health reasons. John leaves with the Board's best wishes and the Board thanks him for his significant contribution to the growth and development of Gentrack since 2007. John remains a substantial shareholder. The Board has appointed Independent Director Fiona Oliver as Acting Chair. Fiona is an experienced Director whose board roles include those at Tilt Renewables and First Gas Group. Fiona has been a Non-Executive Director of Gentrack since February 2019. James Spence (Chief Financial Officer) assumes the role of Interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO) until a new CEO is appointed. James has extensive energy leadership experience including at ERM Power, EnergyAustralia and Centrica. Gentrack's global search for a new CEO remains on track, with the aim of making an appointment later this year.
