Distribution reinvestment plan strike price set at $2.5417

Vital Healthcare Property Trust (Vital) advises that the strike price for its distribution reinvestment plan (DRP) for the third quarter of the 2020 financial year is $2.5417. The strike price reflects a 1% discount to the weighted average closing price for Vital during the seven calendar days commencing on the ex-date (being 10 June 2020). This pricing is effective for the distribution payable on 25 June 2020.
