ikeGPS Reliance on Class Waiver

Reliance on NZX Class Waiver ikeGPS (IKE) advises that it intends to rely on the class waiver granted by NZX dated 3 April 2020 providing an extension of periodic reporting deadlines in Listing Rules 3.5.1 and 3.6.1, for both its Results Announcement and annual report. IKE intends to provide its Results Announcement by 29 June 2020 and its annual report no later than 31 August 2020, although the Group will release its annual report earlier if circumstances allow. ENDS IKE seeks to be the standard for collecting, analysing and managing pole and overhead asset information for electric utilities, communications companies, and their engineering service providers.
