Period Reporting – Covid-19 relief

BGI advises that it intends to rely on the class waiver granted by NZX dated 3 April 2020 providing an extension of periodic reporting deadlines in Listing Rules 3.5.1 and 3.6.1, for both its Results Announcement and annual report.
