Resignation of director

NZX.MPG, ASX.MPP 26 June 2020 Resignation of director Metro Performance Glass Limited ("Metroglass") wishes to advise that Bill Roest will retire as a director of the company, with effect from 30 June 2020. Mr Roest's anticipated retirement was announced in November 2019 and forms part of the company's director succession planning process. This change returns the board to six members. Mr Roest has been a Director of Metroglass since 2014 and has made a significant contribution to the company, including serving as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee. Metroglass Chair, Peter Griffiths noted that: "Bill has played an integral role in the company's journey over the past six years, and his deep experience in the Australasian building sector has been very valuable.
