Argosy Dividend Reinvestment Plan Update

Argosy Property Limited (NZX:ARG) (Argosy) has in place a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) under which eligible shareholders may elect to receive new Argosy shares instead of some or all of the cash dividends on their existing Argosy shares. Participation in the plan is entirely optional. The DRP Offer Document has been updated to reflect a requirement in the NZX Listing Rules that the last date to make an election must be at least one business day after the record date for the relevant dividend. The terms and conditions of the DRP otherwise remain the same. The updated Offer Document will not affect shareholders' existing DRP elections to participate in the DRP.
