Michael Bushby retires from EROAD Board

1 July 2020 Michael Bushby has announced his intention to retire as an independent Director on the Board and as a member of the Remuneration, Talent and Nomination Committee and Finance, Risk and Audit Committee with effect from today. Mr Bushby joined the Board in 2012 and served as the Chairman from his appointment until August 2018. His experience in transportation and regulatory compliance, including as former Chief Executive of the NSW Road Transport Authority and Strategic Advisor to WSP, ensured he was able to guide EROAD throughout its development of leading transportation regulatory products. EROAD Chairman Graham Stuart said "I would like to thank Michael for the leadership and guidance he gave to the company during his tenure." His stewardship of EROAD during its listing on the NZX and our entry into North America are two highlights of his time at EROAD.
