Infratil Limited Annual Meeting and Director Nominations

Infratil Limited advises that the Company's 2020 Annual Meeting will be held at 2.30pm on Thursday, 20 August 2020 in the Rangimarie Room 1 and 2, Level 3, Te Huinga Centre, Te Papa, 55 Cable Street, Wellington. Given the ongoing impact of COVID-19, shareholders will have the option to join the meeting in person or online. Infratil Limited also advises that, for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of Directors opens today and will remain open until 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on Monday, 20 July 2020.
