Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Tuesday, 7 July 2020 Subject: SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited ("SKC040") - Redemption Message: NZX Operations ("NZXO") advises that, further to the announcement released by SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited ("SKC") on Wednesday 17 June 2020, the final quotation date for SKC bonds series ("SKC040") will be Monday, 28 September 2020. The final day of trading in SKC040 will be Wednesday, 16 September 2020 prior to the bonds being suspended at close of business. In order to correctly price the instrument in the trading system, the maturity date for SKC040 will be updated to 28 September 2020, and the coupon rate will be updated to 15.85%. This is to account for the redemption payment along with the final coupon payment.
