Please find attached an ASX Appendix 2A relating to the company's NZ$50 million share placement plan as part of a NZ$230 million equity raising announced on 17 June 2020. S&P Global Ratings (S&P) has, on 19 June 2020, affirmed the long-term issuer credit rating on SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited and its debt issue ratings as BBB- (Negative Outlook), removing from all ratings the negative CreditWatch which was instituted on 24 March 2020.
