ME TODAY SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETES RETAIL OFFER

Me Today Limited (Me Today) is pleased to announce that it has successfully completed its retail offer as announced on Wednesday, 8 July 2020. The offer was extremely well supported by investors, attracting bids for over two times the $3 million sought. Me Today has elected to accept $1 million of over subscriptions, meaning the total amount of capital raised under the retail offer is $4 million at an issue price of 9.5 cents per share. 42,105,263 new ordinary shares in Me Today will be issued today, representing 11.54% of Me Today's existing ordinary shares on issue before the offer. Me Today's shares are expected to resume normal trading on NZX today. The new shares issued under the retail offer will be allotted and commence trading on NZX today. Share Purchase Plan Me Today's share purchase plan, targeting a raise of $250,000 with potential to accept up to $250,000 of over subscriptions is expected to open on Monday, 13 July 2020 and close at 5.00pm on Friday, 24 July 2020. Shareholders with a New Zealand address on Me Today's share register as at 5.00pm on Tuesday, 7 July 2020 will be eligible to participate in the share purchase plan.
