GENESIS ENERGY 2020 ASM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS Genesis Energy Limited (GNE) announces that the Company's Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 30 September 2020, commencing at 10.00am in the Level 5 Lounge, North Stand, Eden Park, Walters Road, Mt Eden, Auckland. The Company also advises that for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director nominations is Monday, 10 August 2020. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
