Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Thursday, 23 July 2020 Subject: Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (BGI) - Clarification of NTA Figure Message: NZX Market Operations (NZXO) wishes to clarify an issue identified with the Net Tangible Asset (NTA) figure provided by Blackwell Global Holdings Limited (BGI) in the Results Announcement released to market on 25 June 2020. In that Results Announcement, BGI incorrectly stated NTA per Quoted Equity Security of $0.15. The correct NTA figure for BGI for the relevant Results Announcement is $0.0015 per share.
