Me Today Limited (MEE) – Clarification of NTA Figure

Memorandum To: Market Participants From: NZX Product Operations Date: Monday, 3 August 2020 Subject: Me Today Limited (MEE) - Clarification of NTA Figure Message: NZX Market Operations (NZXO) wishes to clarify an issue identified with the Net Tangible Asset (NTA) figure provided by Me Today Limited (MEE) in the Results Announcement released to market on 26 May 2020. In that Results Announcement, MEE incorrectly stated NTA per Quoted Equity Security of $0.0230. The correct NTA figure for MEE for the relevant Results Announcement is $0.0023 per share. MEE today have announced the NTA has now been updated to reflect the share consolidation and capital raise. The NTA at 31 July is $0.0202, this has now been updated in NZX systems.
