Synlait Milk Limited (SML) notes that 46,920 Performance Share Rights, as described below, have lapsed: o 24,641 Performance Share Rights issued on 3 November 2017 o 10,533 Performance Share Rights issued on 17 December 2018 o 11,746 Performance Share Rights issued on 2 October 2019. Following the lapsing of those Performance Share Rights, there are 334,880 Performance Share Rights remaining on issue by SML.
