Full year results release

Vital Healthcare Property Trust released its results for the year ended 30 June 2020 today. Results include the FY20 Annual Report and Investor Presentation. Highlights include: 5.6% increase in AFFO per unit; $249.9 million increase in the value of investment properties; 2.9% increase in NTA per unit and achievement of distribution guidance. New targets released as part of these results include medium term AFFO growth of 2-3% per unit per annum and healthcare sub-sector asset allocations.
