Moa Group Limited (NZX: MOA) ("Moa", "the Group"), New Zealand's own brewing and hospitality company, today confirms the details of its upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting and nomination of Directors. Moa's ASM will be held on Wednesday 23 September 2020 at 3.00 pm in Auckland with the venue to be confirmed with the formal notice of meeting. The closing date for director nominations is Tuesday 25 August 2020 (closing date). Nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the ASM.
