Annual Meeting of Shareholders - now online only Ryman Healthcare Limited (Ryman) published a notice of meeting on 10 July 2020 in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Thursday 13 August 2020 at 10 am. This update is to advise that Ryman will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the annual meeting in person due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government last night. Shareholders will only be able to participate online. This possibility was signalled in the notice of meeting. We appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholders with this change. To attend and participate in the annual meeting online use the link to Ryman's online meeting platform provided by our share registrar, Link Market Services, at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/rym20. Shareholders participating in the annual meeting online will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting. When participating online you will require your shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes.
