Metroglass 2020 ASM – now online only

Market Release NZX: MPG, ASX: MPP 13 August 2020 2020 Annual Shareholders' Meeting - now online only Metro Performance Glass Limited (Metroglass) published a notice of meeting on 22 July 2020 in relation to its Annual Shareholders' Meeting to be held on Friday 21 August 2020 at 10 am. This update is to advise that Metroglass will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the annual meeting in person due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government on Tuesday. Shareholders will now only be able to participate online. To attend and participate in the annual meeting online use the link to Metroglass' online meeting platform provided by our share registrar, Link Market Services, at: www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/mpg20. Shareholders participating in the annual meeting online will be able to vote and ask questions during the meeting. When participating online you will require your shareholder number, found on your proxy form, for verification purposes. Shareholders may vote prior to the meeting online at vote.linkmarketservices.com/MPG or by post by completing and lodging their voting form (which was sent to shareholders together with the notice of meeting) with the company's share registrar, Link Market Services Limited, in accordance with the instructions set out on the form. In either case, to be effective the vote must reach Link Market Services Limited no later than 10:00am NZST on Wednesday, 19 August 2020.
